Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of durmitoratv.com and any ATV tour booked with Durmitor ATV(“we”, “us”). By submitting a reservation you agree to the terms below.

Reservations

A reservation request is not a guaranteed booking until confirmed by our team. We may decline or reschedule a request if the requested date/time cannot be accommodated.

Eligibility

Drivers must hold a valid category B driving licence and meet the minimum age for the selected experience. We may refuse to let a rider drive if these conditions are not met.

Safety & Waiver

All riders must complete a digital waiver and attend the safety briefing before riding. Helmets are mandatory at all times while operating or riding an ATV.

Liability

ATV riding carries inherent risk. Riders participate at their own risk and are responsible for following guide instructions and posted safety rules at all times.

Payments

Payment terms (deposit, full payment or payment on arrival) are shown for each experience before you confirm your reservation.
