Durmitor ATV collects the personal data needed to process your reservation: name, contact details, country, and — where required — driving licence and waiver information.

What we collect

Booking details, payment status (never full card numbers — these are handled directly by our payment provider), waiver signatures, and, if licence upload is enabled, a copy of your driving licence.

How we use it

To confirm and operate your reservation, meet safety/insurance obligations, send booking and ride-related emails, and — only with your consent — marketing updates.

Storage & security

Waivers and licence documents are stored in private object storage and are never publicly accessible. Access is limited to authorized staff.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, subject to legal retention requirements, by contacting durmitoratv@gmail.com.
